Things are a-changing! Don't worry. We are continuing to offer our daily Livestream classes online. Check them out on the schedule!

AND, we're not done yet! Also, see our blogs and other online content. Follow us on your favorite social media! Most importantly, keep doing yoga classes with us. We are and always have been honored by the Excelsior yoga community's support.

That being said, we have decided to close the studio and look for another location in the neighborhood. It was a hard decision, but the time is right and this is a strategic move. Although mask mandates have been lifted, most of our clients just are not ready to come back into the studio and most still choose to practice with us online. Also, we are not quite satisfied with this location. We think you, the client deserve the best. --- So, that's it for in-studio practices, for now. But remember to keep doing daily Livestream yoga classes with us in the meantime! Please let us know if you have a lead, idea, or suggestion for available spaces. We would definitely love to know, as we actively look. As always, we bow with deep gratitude. Namaste.
