ABOUT REIKI
Reiki (“RAY-kee”) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on technique of energy transfer.
Rei means “Universal” and ki means “Life Force.”
Where is Reiki from?
The concept of ki is the same as the Chinese xi, Yogic prana, Greek pneuma, and Hawaiian mana.
The Usui System of Natural Healing is a divine practice which clears blockages and restores the healthy flow of energy through your body. It was rediscovered and developed in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui, a monk from Kyoto, Japan. When your body is energetically imbalanced, this leads to illness, stress, and other dis-orders. Reiki holistically aids physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing.
Who can learn Reiki?
Anyone can learn Reiki with an open heart, an open mind, and the desire to help others. Learning Reiki is simple, rewarding and fun. Most people who train in Reiki begin by trying it on their families, friends and pets. Studies have shown that Reiki speeds up healing and mitigates pain.
The ability to channel Reiki is transferred through an attunement ceremony performed by a Reiki Master Teacher, which connects each practitioner to the Reiki Source and opens up their ability to act as a conduit for Divinely-guided healing energy. As you experience the many benefits of Reiki, you will also begin to take more responsibility for your own healing and spiritual growth.
- REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAININGReiki Level I Workshop – (Shoden, first-degree certification)
This class welcomes beginners, assuming no prior experience or knowledge. However, you'll find that Reiki is amazingly simple to learn.Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during an "attunement" given by a Reiki master. Attuning allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of life force energy. Once you have been attuned to the energy, Reiki is always available to you. You can tap into it at any time. It is always present and is never depleted.Through the workshop and certification training, you learn hands-on healing and find ways to reduce stress and foster inner peace. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind, and spirit, creating many beneficial effects.What will you learn and practice?
We will cover the ability to develop and sense energy. Practitioners learn to treat themselves and others using the standardized “hands-on” patterns. You will also learn scanning techniques & hand placements, and gain experience in feeling and then interpreting energies. The course includes:
- Practice tools (students are encouraged to take notes here)
- Fundamentals of Reiki history
- Discussions of Reiki philosophy
- The chakra system
- Centering techniques
- Workshops where each student receives, practices and shares Reiki
- Reiki Level I attunements & Shoden Certificate of completion (through the attunement ceremony, you are initiated to the appropriate Reiki level, and can learn energy body techniques and the traditional Dr. Usui Reiki hand positions)
Once Reiki Level 1 is complete, you will be able to use Reiki to freely do full-body treatments on yourself and also heal others, as well as planets and animals with their permission.

- REIKI LEVEL 2 TRAININGReiki Level 2 Workshop – (Okuden, second-degree certification)
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 + one (suggested) month of practice.
This is the second level of Reiki training. In this workshop, you will learn more about yourself as a spirit. You will be attuned to the appropriate symbols & mantras, then guided and taught through more esoteric techniques and meditations. You will also learn to send Distant Healing to someone remotely for present, past and future emotional healings.
Like what you learned in Reiki 1? Ready to be of service to others? Expand your Reiki knowledge and the abilities you already have. If your inner-Reiki-healer has awakened, then Reiki Level 2 is for you.
What you will learn and practice?
Reiki Level 2 (2nd Degree) workshops are the second level of Reiki training. The prerequisite to learning Reiki Level 2 is completing Reiki Level 1, and to have at least three months of practice since that training. Here you will be guided to learn more about yourself as a spirit and attuned to the appropriate symbols, mantras, and esoteric techniques.
- Prerequisite is the completion of Reiki Level 1
- Sense and clear auras
- More Reiki meditations and breathing practices
- Use of the three sacred symbols of Reiki
- Learn to use increase Reiki power through mantra and symbol
- Send Reiki remotely from a distance.
- Balance and observe and heal mental and emotional vibrational disturbances
- Each student will receive, practice and share Reiki during the workshop
- Reiki Level 2 attunements & Certificate of completion --Through the attunement ceremony, you are initiated to the appropriate Reiki level, learn energy body techniques.
